OilOff Concentrate - Biological Oil Spill & Stain Remover
Description
OilOff is a specially formulated product, which has been developed as a fast and effective way of removing hydrocarbon based oil, diesel and grease spills/stains from contaminated hard surfaces such as garage forecourts, fuel storage depots, concrete block paving, driveways, patios, brickwork and soil areas. OilOff can also be used effectively in Garage & Transport Industries as well as Factories to clean floors, tiles, pits and machinery etc. It is also safe to use on Tarmac and Asphalt covered surfaces. It can also be used to treat light contamination on grass and land soil areas.
OilOff is a blend of specially selected micro-organisms, surfactants and other natural ingredients stabilised in a liquid formulation. The use of this product formulation combines the wetting and emulsifying effect of the surfactants providing greater surface area for the bacteria to biodegrade the hydrocarbons present in the oil. Oil Off is an environmentally friendly alternative to the use of solvents, caustics, acids and other similar harsh chemicals. Ideal for use in locations where interceptor systems are in use.

How to Use
Where deposits have accumulated over time, if possible, scrape off any solid build up.
For heavy soilage: Dilute up to 4 : 1 and scrub into surface. For optimum results, allow product to work for 20-30 minutes before rinsing off manually or with pressure washer. Ensure area being cleaned remains damp during the treatment time. For very porous surfaces and deep ingrained stains a repeated treatment may be necessary.
For light soilage: Dilute up to 20 : 1 and apply as above.
Hard Surface Cleaning - Concrete, Asphalt and Porous Surfaces: Dampen the contaminated surface with water and apply OilOff Use brush or scrubbing machine to work product into the stained and contaminated areas. Allow it to work for 20-30 minutes before rinsing off manually or with pressure washing equipment. For maximum result keep the treated area damp during hot conditions (do not let it dry out during application). Very heavy or old contamination may require a repeat treatment.
Painted Floors, Walls and Equipment: Dilute OilOff in a Pump up Sprayer or Bucket and apply to contaminated areas. Wipe off with mop or cloth.
